Falling off at 5 months

Yup my baby fell off twice at 3 and 5 mo frm sofa and bed. But both times he had no bruises, didn't vomit and drank his milk as per normal. Cld still roll around and crawl as usual aft tt. My PD told me just to monitor for the next 24 hours. Check for any abnormal soft spot on the head. If she's feeding as per normal, no vomiting, doesn't look extra sleepy and still active as usual, nth to worry abt.
