34 or 35 weeks can start to pack cos labour is unexpected you may never know when. You don't need to bring unnecessary things and a heavy bag. You need : A set of clothes for you & baby (mittens, booties, cap if needed and a swaddle) to go home with. Toiletries. Breast pad if you have started to leak. Hp charger. Admission letter & I/C. Cardigan or jacket cos it may get cold at night. No need to bring breast pump unless you hire a lactation consultant. Most times, you'll be asked to latch directly. Baby diaper, wet wipes are all provided and don't forget to bring them home too. Baby car seat if you're going home with your own car.
