18mths jab

Hi mommies, wanna ask for your opinions. My LO is scheduled for his 18mth jab (DTPa+IPV+Hib 5in1) soon. But we are going for a cruise 10 days after his jab. I was thinking if i should reschedule the jabs after we come back from the cruise as i am afraid of him developing fever during the cruise. What do you think? Thank you.
