Hi mommies! Sino po nakapag try sa inyo magpareimburse sa maxicare after giving birth? Pano po ginawa niyo and paano process? TIA 🙂

my form po yan mamsh..claims reimbursemnt form, den need nyo dn maglog in sa gateway ng maxicare sa website for claims.. i think need po yan mafile within 15days upon delivery.. dko pa dn natry pero yan ung instruction sakin ng company nmin..
