meron din akong anxiety disorder. kahit ayaw natin isipin, pero hindi natin mapigilan. it really helps na anjan si hubby, may makakausap at makakatulong. anjan din si MIL ko who takes care of our children while nasa work kaming mag-asawa. before box breathing ako and with medication. pero now, i can do relax deep breathing na lang. pinaka nakatulong sakin tlga, pray. lagi kong kausap si God. then, bigla akong nakakaramdam ng peace and calmness, napapaiyak na lang ako. kaya salamat at nakikinig Siya.
