Hello mommies, can you share some of your healthy midnight snacks? I'm on my 32nd week na po and palagi na akong nagigising around midnight to eat ng kung anong meron and hindi po natutuwa yung ob ko sa biglaang pagbigat ko 😭 #1stimemom #advicepls #firstbaby #pleasehelp #pregnancy

Mommy buy ka ng non sugar whole wheat bread sa pan de manila. nakakabusog yun pero hindi ka agad mag gain ng weight. when i was controlling my sugar yun ang go-to snack ko. I believe makakatulong din sya sa weight mo.
