Breastmilk during pregnancy

hello mommies out there. I'm 7 months pregnant now and milk is coming out of my chest right away, it feels heavy and painful, do I need to pump it now or just let it drip? Is it okay if I pump it now while I'm still pregnant?#pleasehelp #advicepls #pregnancy

Kung kaya pwede mo icollect for future use but not advisable po mag pump while pregnant. Pwede po kasi magcause yun ng induced preterm labor.. Syempre ayaw natin mangyari yun. After mo manganak dun palang magpproduce ng colostrum milk yun yung unang patak ng milk kaya need mo ipalatch agad si baby.
