Breastmilk during pregnancy

hello mommies out there. I'm 7 months pregnant now and milk is coming out of my chest right away, it feels heavy and painful, do I need to pump it now or just let it drip? Is it okay if I pump it now while I'm still pregnant?#pleasehelp #advicepls #pregnancy
