Do light walking

Mommies, okay na po kaya maglakad-lakad or akyat-baba sa hagdan? Most of the time kasi nakaupo or nakahiga lang ako. I'm 27 weeks preggy now. Thank you! #1stimemom #advicepls #pregnancy #theasianparentph

Same tayo 27weeks mamsh! Ako ginagawa ko sa morning stretching then konting lakad dito sa loob ng bahay lang. Pero better to check your OB prin po mamsh. :)

Wag muna yung akyat baba sa hagdan momsh, lakad2 lng ok lng po pero yung pag akyat baba kasi ng hagdan need mo pa ng force which is too early pa para sa inyo yun.

Okay lang kung light walking lang para may exercise ka pa rin mommy. Yung pagpatagtag by 36 weeks onwards mo na gawin. Avoid muna ang pag akyat baba sa hagdan.

Check with your OB po kung pwede na kasi iba iba naman pregnancy natin. Baka too early pa lalo na if sensitive ang pregananct mo. :)
