irregular gestational sac /tvs

Hello mommies! My nka experiece n po ba dto na nagpa ultrasound then iba ung result ng kung ilang weeks ka from your LMP? My lmp is supposed to be 6 weeks n ako then on my tvs im just less than 5 weeks and have an irregular gesgational sac and wla png laman na nkita sa loob ng sac. And im about to return for my TVS aftr 2-3 weeks. Im currently spotting for about 8 days as of today. Nagttake po ako ng duphaston abd duvadillan and bedrest po. My naranas n po b ng gnto and went to a healthy pregnancy aftr 1st trimester. Thank younpo sa sasagot. Hoping and praying everything will be alright and will soon see a liitle one on my tummy.?
