swollen leg & feets

Hi mommies, need some tips or advise. Im 19 weeks preggy. I am having swollen legs & feets. Plus aching. It bothers me especially working time.

I'm also 19 weeks preggy and office work ko naka upo lng for 9hours so I do walking whenever I can and sumo squat and reflex your feet po when stretching it helps so much. I also did warm foot soak. Warm water lang pero pwede ka rin mag add nang lavender epsom salt just a small amount lng then soak your feet for 20-30 mins depends on you. Try din po Child's Pose na Yoga for Preggy and Camel pose (back bend) nawala talaga back ache ko and always sleep on your left side po. Hope it helps.
