Hi mommies nak tanya, normal ke kalau ada keluar cairan jernih ke keruh macam tu pada nipple? Saya baru 21 week.

Namanya COLOSTRUM. Normal from 20weeks onwards untuk sesetengah orang. Kalau banyak keluar, boleh je beli colostrum collector Dan start collect and store properly :) it’s the BEST susu badan for baby :)

Jangan risau ❤️ our bodies are so unique! Kalau apa pun, boleh cakap alhamdulillah, susu badan dah Masuk awal lagi, kalau lebih tu, collect it! It’s referred to as ‘liquid gold’, sama dengan first few breast feed, sangat thick, sangat high in nutrients Dan full of antibody :)
