Period after childbirth

Hi mommies, My LO is 1yr this end month. So far, been on 98-99% breastfeeding (direct latch) since birth. Still no signs of period. Recently, after doing the deed, i noticed a tinge of blood on my panty. Tot AF coming.. but no. Theres no difference whatsoever of the way we do our deed. The pace etc all same. So, idk whether thats spotting or tearing or what (the blood). Im curious.. mummies, for those exclusively breastfeeding.. when did you get your "1st" period ? Can you still get pregnant eventho ure exclusively breastfeeding?
