Abnormal vaginal discharge

Hi mommies do you know what is this? I delivered my baby CS 9 months ago. I have this abnormal discharge, a few weeks ago I notice a smell in my discharge. I think this was the cause of it. Do you know that this is? My partner and I are not using protection. #pleasehelp
