Hi mommies! I’m now 29weeks and 3 days pregnancy. I just found out today that I have GDM as my appointment was given today. I was almost cried when I was told this news. The hospital instructed me to go for course for GDM. I’m really scared and worried that it will affect my baby. 😫🥺

if you control your diet and go for exercise baby will be fine. i know many mummies who have gdm and gave birth to health my babies
