What kind of vits

Hi Mommies! I'm a mother of two now. My youngest is 5months old. My question is can I take MYRA E or Stresstabs while breastfeeding?

Yung Myra E po alam ko bawal sa breastfeeding mom mataas kasi masyado vit. E content nya na pwede mag pass through sa bM. Not sure sa stress tabs
