Exact date i got pregnant?

Hi mommies, im just kinda confuse on when did i get pregnant? I mean i dont know how to count it. I wanna know the exact date i got pregnant, Based on my lab result My estimated delivery date is on 11/03/22. As of now, im 7 weeks and 3 days. Can you help me??#firstbaby #pregnancy #advicepls
