Pain/cramp

Hi mommies! I'm in week 24 and 4 days. Since last evening, I started having this pain like cramp around my pelvis area whenever I stand and walk. And even turning in bed. Never experienced it before w my 2 other pregnancies. I've checked, there was no bleeding or spotting. Wondering what it is and must I consult doctor for it? Worries me as I'm a Type 2 diabetes mommy. Had it since my 2nd pregnancy, tho, no complications throughout. Thank you.
