Bleeding gum

Hi mommies! I’m in my third trimester now. 35 weeks to be exact and I’m having some issue with my gums they are bleeding even when I’m not even eating. It just bleeds. Is it normal and would it harm baby. Well I just have started to gargle mouth with salt water. Am I ok? I’m worried. Please help... anyone had this before and how you overcome it ? Worried Ftm.
