Allergic rhinitis during pregnancy

Hi mommies. I'm currently on my 8th week and inaatake po ako ng allergic rhinitis ko. Yung gamot ko po kasi ay hindi daw safe for pregnant. Any recos po ng antihistamine na safe for pregnant? Thank you po! :)
