Paano makatae

Hello mommies, ilang araw na kasi lagi matigas tae ko tapos kagabi di ako makatae. Ano pong pwede gawin para makadumi ako at may effects ba yun kay baby like pwede ba siya makakain ng tae? Sana po may sumagot, thank you. #36weekstoday

I drink warm water pag gising then after 10 to 15 minutes eat na ako Oatmeal everyday. drink lagi ng water.. more fruits and vegetables.. less meat..i also eat wheat bread instead of white bread.. 😉 effective po yan for me..

papaya and pineapple Mamsh! umiinom din ako 2 Dutchmill delight pagsobrang consti OR 1 cup yoghurt. plus lots of water po and oats. Effects po Kasi ng iron Yan Mamsh. Kaya mo Yan!🫰

Ginagawa ko po is keep dehydrated lang tsaka kain ng papayang hinog po. Pagnatatae na wag pigilan po kasi minsan ayan yung dahilan kaya mahirap na makatae.

mi kain ka po papayang hinog saka mga foods na rich in fiber. tapos inom ka po ng maraming tubig. wala naman po effect kay baby yun.

Drink plenty of water mi, tapos more fruits and vegetables. Wag mo pilitin magpoops kasi baka masobrang ere ka magka almoranas ka.

Coconut water, prunes, more water, fruits and veggies. Lakad lakad.

Drink a lots of water try to eat salad 🥗, pear 🍐, yogurt yakult din.
