Bedrest at 28 weeks

Hello Mommies, I was put to bed rest at 28th week dahil may funneling/opening ako 1cm with short cervix 2cm. Meron po dito with same situation na nasa 34th+ na ngayon? Pa share naman how you get through this and any advice po.
