Lack of appetite in first trimester

Hi mommies! I sometimes have lack of appetite. Like today, i only had peanut butter toast and Mamee monster snack (without the powder) w a glass of hot milo for lunch. I was feeling a little nauseous & only want bland food. But I’m quite concerned abt my nutrition. What do u usually eat when u feel this way? Thanks in advance for sharing 😍#pleasehelp #firsttrimester

if that’s all you can stomach, just continue. having calories is better than not eating. but of course once you can manage more nutritious food items, can slowly introduce them back to your diet. try steamed fish, avocado, banana? your appetite will improve in 2nd trim

don't worry about nutrient, eat whatever you can I would say.. your baby can get all the nutrient, so no need worry also.. just make sure to continue eating folic acid
