if that’s all you can stomach, just continue. having calories is better than not eating. but of course once you can manage more nutritious food items, can slowly introduce them back to your diet. try steamed fish, avocado, banana? your appetite will improve in 2nd trim
don't worry about nutrient, eat whatever you can I would say.. your baby can get all the nutrient, so no need worry also.. just make sure to continue eating folic acid
