I'm D5 now, zero medicines as my symptoms were mild and I want to avoid taking any meds while pregnant too. I gargled salt water when the throat gets inflamed, and drank warm honey lemon once a day. Slept and cleared mucus/phlegm whenever I can. I'm recovering quite well. My husband though has a pretty bad fever and cough so he's been taking medicines and paracetamol, so recovery depends on your body's condition. take care!
