i didnt take any either because all of them were too big n i had difficulty swallowing them, gynae didn’t have any smaller ones as alternatives as well so i just consume alot of milk on a daily basis to get more calcium as suggested by my gynae. but of course its encouraged for you to try n take the vitamins for baby’s sake :)

when I drink mommy milk I vomitted. I am eating supplements given by hospitals. so far whenever I drink with plain water on an empty stomach, I vomitted out. so far only nestum works for me. can try folic acid or those all in one kind which can be found at Watson. doctor said that we can actually intake the ones from Watson.

I think at least try folic acid? It’s the one supplement that my gynae emphasizes again and again. You can check with your gynae on what’s necessary to take. The folic supplement I take is very tiny!

Hi Mummies, I'm at 17weeks and I can't swallow bigger pills too so my friend recommended this vitamin that can be crushed or bite for me to easily swallow. Hope this helps 🥰

I recommend taking a pill with warm water it’s really help me lots too. Because I don’t like to take bigger or small pills or smell them too . After im pregnant I have to take lots of supplements and vitamins from my gyn. It helps me feel better after that If normal water I always feel like vomiting out .

Its fine as long as you are eating well and have a well balanced diet! Vitamins are just for an extra boost..

I also did not like. but i took them because i needed them for my baby's growth.

just maintain a healthy diet. vitamins are just supplements.

TapFluencer
