I already do mild exercise right after delivery to regain my strength and do the hard one after two weeks because im always do high intense exercise during pregnancy, so it is weird if i didn't exercise and laying around w/o do nothing

Great to know that ! :) The thing is I only did more exercise to induce labor during my whole pregnancy period. Currently would love to do some core exercise to tone my flabby tummy XD but I was advise by a friend to only walk and not do too vigorous exercise when I was in my second month postpartum.
