Super bad ligament pain

Hey mommies i have the worse round ligament pain and its constant cramping! I couldnt get out of bed It hurts when i lie down they say its suppose to hurt when u move but mine was constant and im28 weeks..what can i do for this? Because i dont want to go A&E and be sent home with panadol only

I went to a&e due to super painful pain on my lower abdomen. Honestly till now idk whats the cause and what was it. I could barely move cause it hurts alot. They told me it could be threatened misscarriage and gave me duphaston. I bedrest for 2 weeks and slowly it got better
