BreastMilk Supply

Hi Mommies, I have fast let down during initial pumping session but that last for a 10-15 mins. Subsequently, the milk flow turns out to be very slow. Any idea what should i do to increase my breastmilk supply? #1stimemom #advicepls

hi hi you may try to have a break after 10-15mins. have a massage with warm towel, pull or tickle your nipple and continue to pump again. sometimes you need these tecniques to stimulate 2nd let down while pumping
