Morning sickness Week 10

Hi mommies, I experience nausea all day but I don’t vomit all the time…I am also feeling tired and all I want to do is be on my bed..it’s taking a toll on my mental health. I can’t cook for my husband because I cannot stand the smell. I feel guilty but at the same time I feel he do not really understand because he thinks I’m just lazy? Anyone facing the same thing as me? Please share how you overcome it. #pleasehelp

Take it easy, it's normal :). Maybe talk to your husband about it. I'm sure he'll understand. There are days when I can't cook because I also can't stand cooking smell. I just cook when I can. Or perhaps buy frozen stuff that you can easily prep in the oven or heat in the microwave so that there's not much smell?
