Less salt, less caffeine, less sugar. More fluids, more fiber. Persistent high BP din ako during my last trimester kaya worried OB ko for pre ecclampsia but we made it. Normal delivery at 38 weeks with no complications.
Relax ka lang mommy. Try breathing exercises. Lessen salty foods and fatty foods po. Hangga't maari, make your food healthy and bland na lang. And always take your prescribed medicines on time. ๐
