Hi soon-to-be mommy, these might come in handy. -Recent lab tests or ultrasound mo -Hospital admission c/o your OB -HMO, if any Tapos after mong manganak eto nman -Philhealth, updated payments and member data record (MDR) I think yan mga important docs. Happy pushing, mommy.

hi momshie, okay lng na wag mo munang isama yung parating na baby, yung past lng if meron, in your case nman first time so yung recent payments mo lng ang lalabas sa MDR mo sa Philhealth.
