Going overseas what to feed toddler??
Hello mommies. Going for a 10 days trip to China and wondering what my 17 months old can eat? Is it ok to eat those instant meals everytime? TIA.

Hi mummy! I had the same concerns when I went to Japan, but if you're not too particular about the food your child eats, he can eat anything adults eat, just non spicy and bite-sized. If you're worried about maybe salt content in soups or what, you can dilute it with some water. I brought along some instant meals (pour hot water over pouch kind) but my son preferred to have the food we're eating most of the time. Hmmm, maybe another thing to take note of is to always ensure your child has breakfast ready in the morning, so what we usually do is we drop by the convenience store to get some fruits or bread the night before when we're out, cos sometimes the stores won't be that near your accommodation. I also have snacks on me most of the time in case we cannot find a suitable restaurant for my kid/family (size of restaurant, food not kid-friendly, etc.). Enjoy your trip mummy!
