Hello mommies, excuse me po for the content. Currently at 29 weeks, at pahirap ng pahirap ang pag no.2 ko 😭 to the point na naiiyak ako. First time mom kaya medyo natatakot na din for baby. Already consulted my OB and was given advise to take a lot of fluids and highfiber foods. Ginagawa ko naman siya nakaka 2.5 liters nga ako a day, tas kumakain din ako ng papaya. May other Tips po ba kayo to ease the pain at di na mahirapan mag CR?
