low grade fever

Hello mommies! does anyone here experienced a low grade fever not more than 12 hrs ung fever and may ksama na rin na LBM? I'm just worried I'm 13weeks pregnant and already consulted my ob gyne she adviced me to take paracetamol. #pleasehelp #advicepls

done with the rt-pcr po mommy, and thank God, negative po ang result.
