Omg me! It's quite depressing but you are not alone! My baby refused to latch (nipple confusion because hospital asked me to bottle feed him during Day 3 as my supply is not in yet 😪 then as a FTM not knowing what to expect just follow nurse instruction blindly). I tried all ways to let him latch but he fussed and cried badly. I had no choice but to express and feed him. Have been exclusively pumping since he is 6 weeks. Am still struggling to increase my supply 😔 I have tried all sorts of lactation food (cookies from SLB seems to work a little for me..gonna try 2nutsguy next). Have also been doing power pumping once everyday. MUST pump regularly without missing or delaying any session. My supply drop whenever i missed/delay my MOTN session (too tired overslept).

If baby not latching, pump regularly. You can also pump/hand express 5-10 mins more after baby latches. Can also take sunflower lecithin to thin out your milk for better flow. Most importantly, drink water!!
