hi po. pag nag punta po sa center may booklet na binibigay. naka. lagay po dun kung ano na ang na ibigay na bakuna kay baby at kung kailan po sunod na babalik. ☺️

Not a Long Distance Parent but may baby book na dapat dun naka indicate lahat ng vaccines ni baby, signed by the doctor or health worker.
