tips dia sis kne happy, xblh terlalu stress, mnum air masak secukupnya, makan seperti biasa especially breakfast jgn skip. lpstu kalau sis epmom, makesure jadual pumping stiap 2-3jam consistent. blh try lobak putih/roti jagung/air horlick or apa2 makanan yg blh bnykkan susu. ( kne try n error).
