Eczema?

Hi mommies! My baby’s 3 months old and he’s having these red patches then dry patches. I think it’s eczema? Any suggestions on what i can do to treat them?

Atopiclair ar cethapil moistorizer.. 3mos old rin si LO lumabas eczema niya. Yan niresita ng pedia niya. Hypoallergenic lahat gamitin mula sabon panglaban pati milk kung formula ka.
