Hi mommies ask Lang nung isang araw ko pa gusto uminom ng kape na creamy white Nescafé kaya lang buntis ako I’m 4’months preggy .. takam na takam ako sa kape ngayon . Any suggestions po ? Tia

Hello momshie... Im a coffee lover since im pregnant I have to limit it for 1 cup per day only as recommended only by other moms and ob too. Too much drinking of coffee may affect ur baby's development.

Yes momshie... as much as possible tlga bawal uminom ng coffee.
