Hi Mommies. Ask ko lang how long dapat sun exposure ng newborn and ideally what time in the morning to prevent jaundice? Thank you

Maganda yung bagong sikat pa lang ng araw. Advice po sa amin ng hospital 15-30mins po, while pinapaarawan nka diaper lang, paarawan nyo ang harap at likod po at the same time 😊
