Considered GDM din ako ng brown/ red/ multigrain rice ako tpos small but frequent ang kain. Less sugary food. Malakas makataas ng sugar ang white rice white bread. Ang snack ko pg gutom skyflakes at tubig. Pinag mmonitor ako sugar before breakfast every day tpos every other day yung 1hr after meal. Okei nmn sugar ko so far. Hope this helps 😊
