mild bleeding due to low placenta

Same sis, on Duphaston too and was told about low placenta. I'm just resting on the bed most of the days and avoiding any lifting. Posture in and out of bed is also important. I looked up videos online on pregnancy posture and it helped me.

Do get as much bed rest as possible, don’t lift heavy things or strain yourself
