Hello mommies! Anybody who has a similar experience with me regarding a painful back, groin (singit), and leg.
It's not the typical back pain you'll feel pag nagllabor.
But, it's very uncomfortable.
Mahirap akong makatayo. I have to find the right position so my back doesn't hurt so much. Naimagine nyo na tumutunog yung likod mo everytime gagalaw ka.
And kapag nakatayo naman na ako, hindi agad ako makatayo straight. I have to reach for support first kasi masyadong masakit yung singit ko.
Nahihirapan akong maglakad, although after a few steps medyo tolerable na.
While my leg feels like cramp 😭
I can't do regular walking and prolong standing rin kasi I have a low-lying placenta.
What did you do to lessen the pain? And is it something I should ask my OB about?
