How to ease anxiety of giving birth?

Hi mommies! Ano pong ginagawa nyo para mawala ang kaba sa panganganak? 34 weeks pregnant na ko ngayon sa 1st baby ko. Nung 1st and 2nd trim ok pa ako pero ngayon parang kinakabahan na ko kung kakayanin ko ba manganak. Any advice or tips po pls? Salamat 😊 #1stimemom #firstbaby #advicepls

📌Surrender everything to God! ❤️ 📌Always pray po for courage and strength to endure the pain of labor and delivery. Wag pong matakot or kabahan, minsan po kasi it's all in the mind. :) 📌Listen to calming music po, try to listen po sa "Remember" by Lauren Daigle, for me nakakalakas po syang loob. 📌Be physically ready po like squats na po kayo, exercise na suitable for you. 📌Trust your OB/Midwife/Nurse po. 📌Lastly, let your faith be bigger than your fears po! ❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏 And try to have this mentally po for awhile, hehe. "KUNG KINAYA NILA, KAYA KO RIN!" 😁💪
