Swelling under armpit

Hi mommie I'm a first time mom..I'm getting small swelling under my armpits.. Not regularly.. And it pains a little n go away in 3 to 4 days..I don't know what it is.. Anyone experienced this? My baby is 4 months old now#1stimemom #advicepls
