Contractions, Braxton Hicks or Baby’s Movement

Hi momma’s! FTM here, I’m currently 21weeks. Need help/advice naman po.. During my 4th month ramdam ko na ung parang bula sa tyan ko, as per my ob, si baby daw yun.. this past few days, may nararamdaman akong parang malaks na bula sa baba ng pusod ko, minsan sa may bandang pubic hair na.. hindi ko po maidentify kung contractions or braxton hicks ba yun or movement/sinok ni baby. Minsan matagl sya na come and go, mnsan saglt lang.. nakaka praning kasi minsan uncomfortable ung feeling, tapos hndi ko pdin po ma identify ung difference nung tatlo.. appreciate your response in advance po! #firstbaby #pleasehelp #firstmom #pregnancy
