What food to eat?

Hello momies! First time preggy po at nasa second trimester na ako, bumabalik na finally ang gana kung kumain dahil wala ng morning sickness. Ano po bang healthy snacks ang ppuwedeng kainin ng mga buntis? Puro kasi biscuits kinakain ko lalo na in between meals baka tumaas sugar ko malakas din kasi ako kumaim ng rice. Try veggie sticks mamsh. Carrots, celery, pipino na cut into sticks. Pwede mo dip sa low fat na cream cheese or mayo. Pwede rin as is na kaining walang dip or dressing
