Constipated baby

Hey mom I’m a breastfeeding mom my baby hasn’t poop for 5-6 days can I eat more fruits to help my baby poop? Will that help? My baby so conspitated I even tried massaging but she still haven’t poop

My 3wo baby wasn’t pooping for 3days I did a feet reflexology on YouTube and she poop that evening. You can try!
