hi Mahak, this 'jalan' is actually acidity or pregnancy heartburn, jo bohot common hai. there are many natural things you can have that will be good for your health, and will also prevent and reduce the burning feeling. try having fresh lemon water, tender coconut water, curd, fennel seeds soaked in water overnight and have the water in the morning. cold milk also works very well to relieve acidity.
