Paano mawawala ang acid reflux?

Hi mga sisstt out there i'm 34 weeks pregnant pero palagi po akong sinisikmura hindi na nga ako masyadong makatulog because of this acid reflux, may mga gamot po ba dito? Is it normal lang po ba na at my weeks of pregnancy is sinisikmura pa? Ty♥️ #1stimemom #firstbaby #advicepls

yes. normal lng malaki n tiyan natin kaya madalas reflux, small frequent feeding lng sis tpos iwasan humiga after kumain
